Account Executive (AE)

THE ROLE:

  • Co-operate with clients to deliver project as planned
  • Create new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present company portfolio and services to prospective clients
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales using company’s sales performance platform
  • Prepare related documents in company templates
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Age 22 – 29 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in Account Executive position in website industry
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Pleasant personality and service mind
  • Highly responsible person
  • Good team player
