Account Manager (AM)

THE ROLE:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, project maintenance and management
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of work according to customer needs and objectives
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams
  • Ensure a quality work to meet company standard and achieve project goals
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Keep track of each project payments
  • Visit customer in person and find new customers
  • Develop new business from existing clients and seek new sales opportunities
  • Prepare related documents in company templates

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 3 years of account management experience in website industry
  • Able to work under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Have problem solving skill
  • Highly responsible person, punctual and neat
  • Fast learner and good at managing people
  • High creativity and always find best solution for customers
  • Able to handle customer inquiries
