Content Supervisor

THE ROLE:

  • Understand product and service of assigned project clearly.
  • Understand the creative brief to write clear, concise copy that aligns with client product’s voice and tone.
  • Write and edit web content and other digital content that meets project and SEO goals, user needs, and brand style guide.
  • Conduct content audits and analyze customer data to evaluate content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with related division to create content style guide that aligns with each brand’s personality and target audience.
  • Plan content development that consider on-page SEO, based on priority keyword focus.
  • Manage and control SEO meta tag development.
  • Work with UX division to research in content strategy aspect.
  • Meet client to get requirement or kick-off project.
  • Stay up-to-date with development and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
  • Translate English to Thai or vice versa.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in web content writing or copywriting in online agency.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in other writing fields.
  • BA in journalism, communication, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principle.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, and web analytics.
  • The ability to convey complexity simply.
  • Excellent Thai / Strong English writing skills.
  • Experience in UX is a plus.
  • Experience using Adobe XD or any graphic software is a plus.
