Sales Manager (Website)

THE ROLE:

  • Hitting or exceeding overall sales targets, maximizing sales team potential and drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Develop and executing strategic plan and justifying those to plans to the upper management
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives or sub-ordinates
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Expand customer base and be partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in website industry
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of customers
  • Able to handle customer inquiries
  • Able to work under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects at a time
