Senior / Supervisor Customer Success

THE ROLE:

  • Liaise with internal team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate activities, Resources, Equipments, and Information in the project
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of work
  • Help prepare project schedules and time frames
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
  • Prepare related documents in company templates
  • Report and escalate to management as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in related position for Senior and 5 years for Supervisor
  • Direct experience in website industry is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Excellent communications skill
  • Have problem solving skill
  • Highly responsible person, punctual and neat
  • Pleasant personality, organized, versatile, dynamic and able to multitask
  • Fast learner and good at managing people
  • High creativity and always find best solution for customers
  • Able to handle customer inquiries
  • Good team player
