To educate K PLUS shop users on how to use the application, from receiving money via cashless payment which is quite new to them to manage their businesses by K PLUS shop.

As most of the app users are small business owners or their employees which are most likely are beginner/intermediate users,
we have to be able to really understand them, get inside their heads and know what kind of questions they have coming to our site.

Help the audience get their questions answered. We elaborated how each feature on the app works and even visualized them to be easier to understand. Make them feel that this website is helpful for them.

The ultimate goal of this website is to make users understand how the app works and want to download
and we figured it all out. If users access from the phone it will lead them right to “App Store” or “Google Play”,
if they access from their desktop it will give them a QR Code to scan using the phone.

App CI and core elements, like icon or menu name have been taken into account when we were discussing design direction. To give users a peace of mind that this site is the official site for the app and also for a seamlessly UX across all platforms.
